What information do we collect?
When you send a project enquiry we receive your name, email address, optional company name and phone number, the selected project category and timeline, and the message you submit.
To operate and protect the website we may process minimal technical information, such as your IP address, request time and session or abuse-prevention data. The site also stores your cookie choices in your browser.
Why do we use this information?
We use enquiry details to review your request, respond, discuss a possible project and send one confirmation email. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
We use limited security and rate-limiting information to protect the website and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only if you consent and if those services are enabled.
Who can receive your information?
Authorised Ofanim Cyber representatives reviewing enquiries receive the submitted information by email. Our hosting and email infrastructure providers process data as needed to deliver and protect the service. Depending on the configured recipients, enquiries may also be delivered through Proton Mail.
The website currently uses Cloudflare for network delivery and Google Fonts for the Outfit font. These services may receive connection-related data when your browser accesses their resources. We do not sell your contact information.
International transfers
Some infrastructure or external services may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we rely on legally recognised transfer mechanisms or adequacy arrangements and can provide further information upon request.
How long do we keep it?
Enquiry correspondence is intended to be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last related communication, unless a project relationship, legal requirement or dispute requires longer retention. This retention limit must also be applied to the recipient mailboxes.
Short-term security/rate-limiting records are limited to their abuse-prevention purpose. Cookie choices are stored locally for up to 180 days, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for optional technologies at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may complain to your competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. We do not make decisions about project enquiries using solely automated profiling.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary session and preference technologies help the site function. Optional analytics and marketing tools remain disabled unless you choose to enable them. Current tracking services are configured separately and may remain switched off.
Do you have to provide information?
Your name, valid email address, project category and a short description are needed so we can respond. Other fields are optional. If required details are not provided, we cannot process the enquiry.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
